Feedback - JapShow Finale 2005

We would like to thank everyone who replied to our JapShow Finale questionnaires. We received 10 replies back out of the 85 sent out!

From your comments we would like to resolve as many as possible of the negative aspects received in order to improve next years event.  Listed below are major points which we hope will improve the JapShow Finale in 2006:-

1. Saturday Opening. To avoid the early morning queues and for those travelling a great distance we will hold a JapShow test day on the Saturday. Therefore a weekend ticket which includes camping on Saturday night and admission on Sunday can be purchased with gate opening from 08.00 on Saturday.

2. Run What Ya Brung (RWYB). The RWYB will be for Japanese cars only on the Sunday.

3. Car Clubs. We will attempt to locate all club areas on hardstanding and on the pit side although it will remain first come first served, so please book your club stand as early as possible. This may cause a greater time delay in leaving the show on Sunday from the paddock area but more marshals will be on hand to aid the situation.

4. Traders. We will try to increase the number of traders especially on the automotive/Japanese parts & tuning sector.

5. Leaving site. More stewards will be available to aid with marshalling and car park exits. Also provided will be extra entertainment after the track closes to entice people to stay and therefore reduce the bottle-neck effect of traffic leaving site.

6. Signing-On. On Saturday prior to the event we will organise a JapShow test day and the track will also be open for Run What Ya Brung (RWYB) to accommodate demand.

These are the main aspects resolved from your comments and of course there will be other points. Needless to say we will be bringing new ideas and improving the event from other matters as well.

Please feel free to contact us should you have any further suggestions which may improve this show in the future.

Once again, thank you for your feedback.

Yours faithfully
